In the heart of Honduras, the CAFICO cooperative has grown from an ambitious dream to an extra-ordinary success for its members. CAFICO-which stands for Caf� Finos Corqu�n (�Fine Coffee from Corquin�) -sets goals to gain global recognition for specialty Honduran coffee and to enhance the living standards of the local coffee-farming families. By sharing best practices in farming and processing with it�s members, the co-op not only showcases the growing promise of Honduran coffee but also fosters a future where coffee farmers thrive alongside their crops.
