Starbucks Reserve Roastery Seattle

A glowing gem located just 9 blocks from the original Starbucks, in Seattle’s Pike Place Market, this Roastery was our very first. Opened in 2014 in a restored 1920’s building, it sits in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood surrounded by music, nightlife and the lights of the city. The immersive, 15,000-square-foot space is a perfect setting for your celebration, as coffee beans fly overhead through a custom-engineered pneumatic system on their way from the roaster to the main coffee bar. Stunning details are everywhere, including original art, a decorative wood ceiling and original terrazzo and concrete flooring. Choose your space — from the intimacy of the ‘Coffee Library’ private room for groups as small as 10, the openness of the Experience Bar with room for larger groups, to Arriviamo, our full-service cocktail bar. Or take the entire Roastery for your largest events, hosting up to 300 guests.

Sleek and inspiring, the nearly 23,000-square-foot New York Roastery sits in the heart of the city’s historic Meatpacking District. Surrounded by the neighborhood’s energy, art and culture, this is truly an unforgettable space and experience. Both workshop and stage, the New York Roastery allows you to witness the art, science and theater of coffee craft and artisanal baking. Featuring an impressive mix of bars and custom details, and hosting groups from 10-500. Gorgeous, custom furniture and soaring spaces abound, with art and details everywhere you look, beginning with a 10-foot, 2000-pound copper Siren keeping watch over it all. The ceiling is covered by an ocean of squares and rectangles, inspired by the building’s exterior and the grid of New York City blocks outside. Host your event in your choice of spaces — from the mixology of our Arriviamo cocktail bar, to the main space and upper and lower areas perfect for gathering.

The Starbucks Reserve® Empire State Building® store offers a journey of the senses and an experience like no other. A three-story mural opens the space, with beautiful art-deco inspired details and art throughout the store. An immersive discovery of craft coffee, food and cocktails, all in a place perfectly designed for celebrating together. Located at the base of the legendary New York skyscraper, the 23,000-square-foot store plays host to groups from 10-500 in beautifully unique settings. For groups of all sizes, our Coffee & Cocktail Lounge offers a space as iconic as the building it calls home, while more intimate private rooms, and the Tasting Room & Experiences lounge, are also available. For large occasions, the entire space is available for yourself and your guests.

At the top of Chicago’s famed Magnificent Mile sits the largest Starbucks in the world. A five-story, 35,000-square-foot tribute to Chicago’s art, architecture and culture, the Chicago Roastery is truly a spectacular destination — and home for your next event. Groups from 10-750 can experience the craft of coffee in an immersive and thoughtfully designed space made for gathering. All connected by the Midwest’s first curved escalator, and built around a towering 56-foot steel coffee cask. One full floor is dedicated to the art, science and theater of coffee, in the experiential coffee bar. While another full level is home to the artisan Italian Princi Bakery and Cafe. The Reserve Coffee Bar and roaster occupy the first floor, while yet another level is dedicated to the world of inspired cocktails and mixology. The top floor? An outdoor roof deck with singular views of the city and Michigan Avenue.

On the ground floor of Starbucks global headquarters in Seattle, SODO Reserve awaits. Stunningly designed, the space combines coffee artistry with world-class mixology and Princi Italian fare. Inside, the store’s floor-to-ceiling fireplace welcomes all and anchors the main gathering and sitting area. A long wood-topped bar offers Starbucks Reserve coffees, along with coffee-forward and traditional cocktails. Through a door into a windowed room, a chef’s table and library form a more intimate space with views into the working Princi kitchen. Near the front, the Fireplace Lounge hides behind a pivoting wall holding 1200 bags of Starbucks Reserve Coffee, with glass doors leading to an outdoor patio. With room for groups from 10-250, there are so many spaces to make your own, from large to small and public to private. All created with layers of experience and discovery for everyone.
